Droits d'utilisation :
To effectively understand and address racism in Canadian healthcare it’s necessary to ground in the system’s history, how it has evolved, and who it purported to serve. We recognize that these points only provide a snapshot of the broader history that has shaped the realities that exist today. Understanding how this history has shaped and manifested in healthcare is the necessary starting point to unpack the current realities for Indigenous, Black and People of Colour (IBPOC) in Alberta.
