Notre objectif ultime est de faire en sorte que les communautés soient dynamiques et saines, et qu'elles s'engagent dans le mouvement de décolonisation et de redressement des relations pour une société plus radicalement juste et inclusive au Canada.

Notre histoire

Righting Relations a été créé en 2015 par la Fondation Catherine Donnelly en réponse à un besoin avéré d'amélioration des soutiens, des ressources et des opportunités de renforcement des capacités des éducateurs et des organisateurs du changement social. Notre travail est centré sur les populations autochtones, immigrantes et réfugiées, et à faible revenu - et toute la diversité que ces groupes englobent - et le fait de centrer les expériences vécues pour guider et définir la transformation systémique est la clé de notre mandat.

Au cours des cinq dernières années, nous avons construit trois carrefours clés à travers le pays pour créer des réseaux régionaux et des connexions localisées qui travaillent ensemble pour influencer le changement, et en 2020, le réseau s'est formalisé en tant qu'organisation autonome, Righting Relations Canada.
