Creating Strong Community-based Teams in Response to COVID-19 This pandemic has radically disrupted our lives and is hitting our most vulnerable populations hardest. Many have stepped up to serve during this time of crisis and we want to support you in practical ways.  Whether you consider yourself a leader or not, if you are serving your community at this time you are in a leadership role to some capacity. This workshop will give you some practical tools to define leadership, knowing yourself and knowing your team, creating an environment of psychological safety and trust, practicing the 3 D’s of leadership, appreciating all volunteers in the team, and resources.
