Join our National Steering Committee
We're looking for new Hub Representatives on the NSC - apply now!
The Righting Relations National Steering Committee (NSC) is looking for new members to join as Hub representatives for our Central and East Hubs!
We seek members who bring a wide range of lived experiences and share our values and principles. We also welcome organizational and administrative experience such as financial knowledge, fundraising/grant-writing, project/program management, etc. However, we don’t expect each member to bring all these individual gifts, skills, or experiences, and we encourage everyone interested to apply! New NSC representatives will receive mentorship from existing members, making this a fantastic opportunity to support the stewardship of Righting Relations while learning about governance and the models we are working to build. Submit your expression of interest to info@rightingrelations.org.
What is the NSC?
The NSC serves as Righting Relations’ Board of Directors and is responsible for organizational oversight and strategic direction. They lead and advise on visioning, program development, and administration at the national level, and they are deeply connected to the work of Righting Relations in their Hubs. The NSC is non-hierarchical and uses a cooperative and consensus-building approach to guide decision-making based on the voices and needs of members. NSC representatives carry the voice and message of their Hub into national meetings and bring discussions from the national level back to their Hub for feedback and input.

An example of NSC responsibilities include:
- Financial oversight
- Grant-writing
